This is the onboarding phase of the Ignite Plus program. Your dedicated BDM will support you in writing a joint business plan that will be regularly reviewed throughout each financial year. Your Business plan will help us understand the support you require from our HPE experts. We will ensure the best of the business are aligned to your business needs whether thats presales providing training on configurations, Greenlake specialists, escalations on opportunities and more!

Once you are signed up the program, your BDM will organise your official kick off day, which can be tailored to meet your needs. As part of the launch day, you will be introduced to a senior member of the team. If there is anyone in particular you would like to speak with, we can ensure they are there on the day.

Introduction and access to the entire Westcoast Technology Solutions team, which includes:

Your Technology Solutions team will be your main point of contact throughout. They will ensure that you are connected to the right people within Westcoast. Our team of specialist architects can offer solution advice to you and your customers on the entire HPE portfolio. Our experts include the channels first dedicated GreenLake team and access to priority pre-sales architects.

You will get priority access to our Bid Management team, so we’ll take an end customer’s requirement, and we will go and deal-register it. We’ll make sure they’re getting the best commercial terms; we will work with you to ensure that we’re recommending the right solutions and challenging whatever has been put forward.

For example, if they’ve already got an idea they want some blades, well why is that? Is it because they’ve purchased them before or is it really the right solution for the customer and the infrastructure they need? We want to be in conversations earlier so we can help you with their decisions and assist you in providing more value into your end customer.

Now you have received your Business plan and been introduced to all the ways our teams are able to elevate your Enterprise business as an Ignite Plus Partner, you will also receive access and readiness training to all of Westcoasts' end-to-end opportunity management tools. This will include full access to HPE's Partner Portal, offering the latest product news, sales materials and visbilty of your current partner status so you are independently able to retrieve this information when you need. As much as we will be here to nurture your business, we feel it is key we make it possible for you to have your own freedoms to grow your knowledge of HPE (after all it is your business).

We now also offer a brand new Renewals portal 'Vision'. Giving you an easy and automated way to stay on top of your renewals.

Further to this, our pre-sales team are exclusively on hand to our Ignite+ partners for any Training needs or queries, so you can understand your opportunties inside and out.

Westcoast will work with you to complete a full gap analysis to identify any areas where additional training will be required. We will examine what level of knowledge your salespeople have and then deliver bespoke training based on their needs.

Through our valued relationship with HPE, we can offer you exclusive partner learning and development that is usually only offered to our silver and platinum partners, giving you a headstart in the Enterprise world.

We will ensure we have people aligned to support your HPE Partner Programme progression, opening the door to higher rebates, increased credit as well as overall technical knowledge that other business and proximity partners take years to gain.

We will also help you navigate the sometimes-complicated world within HPE to again equip you post Ignite +, advising who are the best people to speak to within a specific BU, vertical or sector and who we are escalating to on your behalf should the situation require it.

Are you on course to maintain or grow your partner status this year? Your dedicated BDM will keep track of all the requirements, highlighting any potential concerns and help you resolve them before they become real issues.

This will be one of the points discussed with your BDM in your regular review meetings, which can be held as often as you see fit. These sales effectiveness assessments will ensure we are staying on top of your needs. As businesses grow, new problems arise so it is crucial we are regularily reviewing this and providing the appropriate medicine.

All these tools are great, but finance can often be the limiter when it comes to company growth. As your time as an Ignite+ Partner goes on, we will be able to look further into options such as flexible commercial support, incentivised rebates and finance solutions to give you, aiming to keep you on course for each financial year.

You will also be invited to exclusive events with other Ignite Plus partners, where we will communicate any upcoming changes to the program and gain valuable feedback from you.
